If you do, state clearly and simply what the purpose of your mail
is in the subject line.

For example "Bug in game X." or "Question about purchases."

I try to reply in as timely a fashion as possible.
If you don't see a reply in a couple days, try sending it again, I
may have missed it due to illness or death.
